Arbetsuppgifter – Onsite Supporttekniker Som Onsite Supporttekniker ansvarar du för teknisk IT-support på plats hos vår kund för användare och produktionsmiljöer. Ge onsite- och deskside-support för datorer, laptops, mobiler, surfplattor och kringutrustning. Felsöka och administrera Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 och standardiserade IT-applikationer. Installera, byta ut, flytta och avveckla IT-utrustning samt hantera inventering och tillgångsregister. Ge grundläggande support inom nätverk, skrivare, LAN, TCP/IP och VPN. Ge första linjens support för produktionsrelaterade IT/OT-system, MES och IoT-utrustning. Kontrollera och felsöka kablage, strömförsörjning, nätverksanslutningar och annan fysisk IT-utrustning. Samarbeta med Service Desk, Infrastruktur, Nätverk, Säkerhet, OT och externa leverantörer. Delta vid incidenthantering, större driftstörningar och verksamhetskritiska IT-ärenden. Ta emot och samordna externa leverantörer vid arbete på plats. Dokumentera incidenter, serviceärenden och genomförda åtgärder i ITSM-system.
