Har du erfarenhet av IT-support och är redo för nästa steg? Vi söker en onsite-tekniker som vill arbeta nära användarna med kvalificerad felsökning och bli en del av ett mindre IT-team hos vår kund. Om företaget Du arbetar på plats hos vår kund och blir en del av ett mindre IT-team där service, samarbete och teknisk problemlösning är en viktig del av vardagen. Teamet har även ett nära samarbete med andra funktioner inom support, plattform och drift. Mer information om kunden och verksamheten kommer i nästa steg av processen. Tjänsten inleds som ett konsultuppdrag via oss på Mero på 6 månader, med ambitionen att därefter övergå i en anställning hos kunden. Om rollen Som onsite-tekniker arbetar du nära användarna med support och felsökning i en Windowsbaserad IT-miljö. Tyngdpunkten ligger på 2nd line, med varierade ärenden inom datorer, programvara, konton, behörigheter och nätverksanslutning. Du arbetar med installation, konfigurering och felsökning av datorer, skrivare och annan IT-utrustning samt support inom Microsoft 365 och Citrix. Arbetet sker både på plats hos användarna och via fjärrsupport och omfattar såväl praktiska åtgärder som mer kvalificerad teknisk felsökning. Du blir en del av ett mindre team och samarbetar även med kollegor inom support, plattform och drift. I arbetet ingår att dokumentera och följa upp ärenden, eskalera vid behov och bidra till att återkommande problem får en långsiktig lösning. Om dig Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av IT-support och är trygg i att arbeta självständigt med onsite-support och ärenden på 2nd line-nivå. Du har en bred teknisk grund och tycker om att kombinera praktisk problemlösning med kontakt med användare. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Goda kunskaper inom Windows, Microsoft 365 och klienthantering

Kunskaper inom Active Directory och/eller Entra ID

Erfarenhet av fjärrsupport, gärna Citrix, och grundläggande nätverksfelsökning

Vana att dokumentera och följa upp ärenden i ett ärendehanteringssystem

Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt B-körkort. Erfarenhet av driftrelaterade frågor och mer avancerad felsökning är meriterande. Som person är du serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och strukturerad. Du tar ansvar för dina ärenden och har ett lugnt och tydligt sätt i kontakten med användare. Du trivs i ett mindre team där ni delar kunskap och hjälps åt i det dagliga arbetet.
