Vill du arbeta nära användarna och vara den som gör verklig skillnad i vardagen? Vi söker nu en engagerad och lösningsorienterad onsite-tekniker för ett konsultuppdrag hos ett välkänt företag i Helsingborg. Uppdraget startar i november 2026 och löper initialt till juni 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning. Om uppdraget I rollen kommer du att kombinera klassisk onsite-support med användarstöd via Teams. Du blir en viktig del av verksamhetens IT-support och ansvarar för att hjälpa användare med både dagliga frågor och mer avancerad felsökning. Under inlärningsperioden från november till den 18 december arbetar du på plats hos kunden för att säkerställa en god introduktion och kunskapsöverföring. Från den 11 januari 2027 och fram till juni 2027 är omfattningen cirka 100 %, även om vissa fredagar kan komma att utgå. Allt arbete utförs på plats hos kunden i Helsingborg. Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Ge kvalificerad IT-support till användare på plats och via Teams

Felsöka och lösa incidenter inom klienter, mjukvara, nätverk och kringutrustning

Installera, konfigurera och underhålla datorer och IT-utrustning

Hantera användarkonton, behörigheter och grupper

Arbeta i ärendehanteringssystem samt dokumentera lösningar och åtgärder

Utföra fältärenden och ge hands-on support ute hos användarna

Samarbeta med övriga IT-funktioner för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och service

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av Windows 11 och klienthantering

Microsoft Intune

IT-drift och supportprocesser
