Om tjänsten Vi på Poolia söker löpande efter Onsite-tekniker för kommande konsultuppdrag hos våra kunder i Skåne. Är du en serviceinriktad IT-tekniker som gillar problemlösning, användarkontakt och att arbeta nära verksamheten? Välkommen att skicka in din intresseanmälan till oss redan idag! Som Onsite-tekniker arbetar du nära verksamheten och användarna och blir en viktig del av kundens IT-support. Uppdragen kan variera beroende på kund och verksamhet, vilket ger dig möjlighet att bygga bred erfarenhet och utvecklas inom IT. Konsultuppdragen förekommer i hela Skåne, främst i Malmö med omnejd. Uppdragen är vanligtvis på heltid och kan ofta starta med kort varsel. För rätt person finns goda möjligheter till fortsatt utveckling och i vissa fall även anställning hos kunden. Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak Arbetsuppgifterna varierar mellan olika uppdrag, men kan bland annat innebära:

Onsite-support och användarsupport

Felsökning av hårdvara och mjukvara

Installation, uppsättning och byte av arbetsstationer

Hantering och felsökning av telefoner och annan kringutrustning

Installation, flytt och nedmontering av IT-utrustning

Support och felsökning på plats hos användare

Nätverksarbete och nätverksfelsökning

Administration och hantering av IT-ärenden

Samarbete med andra IT-funktioner och leverantörer

Proaktivt arbete och förbättring av IT-miljön

Vem är du? För rollen ser vi gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av IT-support eller onsite-support, minst 1–2 år. För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du uppskattar en varierad arbetsmiljö där tempot kan skifta från dag till dag. Du är flexibel och handlingskraftig, tar gärna egna initiativ och ser vad som behöver göras när det är lugnare. Samtidigt har du alltid service och användaren i fokus. Vi ser gärna att du är:
