Du arbetar med support, felsökning, incidenthantering och användarstöd i en miljö där tekniken spelar en central roll för verksamheten. Du hanterar både ärenden på distans och på plats hos användarna, vilket innebär en kombination av teknisk problemlösning, installationer, konfigurering och löpande support.
