Operatörer sökes till Advanced Plastic Recycling Nordic AB i Motala Vi söker operatörer som är ansvariga för att säkerställa effektiv och säker drift av maskiner och produktionssystem inom företaget. Operatören spelar en nyckelroll i att övervaka processer, utföra rutinunderhåll och snabbt åtgärda eventuella problem för att minimera driftstopp. Rollen kräver noggrannhet, teknisk förståelse och förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team. Operatören samarbetar nära med produktionsledare för att optimera produktionsflödet och upprätthålla hög kvalitet på produkterna. Vi värdesätter initiativförmåga och en problemlösande inställning. Arbetet är förlagt i skiftgång. Urval sker löpande Arbetsuppgifter: · Övervaka och styra maskiner och produktionsutrustning. · Utföra dagliga kontroller och säkerställa maskinernas funktion. · Rapportera avvikelser och föreslå förbättringar. · Genomföra enklare underhåll och rengöring av utrustning. · Följa säkerhetsföreskrifter och arbetsrutiner noggrant. · Samarbeta med produktionsledare för optimering. · Dokumentera produktionsdata och rapportera till ansvarig. · Hantera materialflöden och säkerställa rätt lagerstatus. · Bidra till en säker och trivsam arbetsmiljö. Kvalifikationer: · Grundläggande teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet. · God förmåga att följa instruktioner och arbetsrutiner. · Teknisk förståelse och problemlösningsförmåga. · God samarbetsförmåga och kommunikationsförmåga. · Noggrann och ansvarsfull i arbetsutförandet. · Grundläggande datorkunskaper. · Kunskap om säkerhetsföreskrifter inom produktion. · Truck behörighet B1 · Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift · Erfarenhet av maskinoperatörsarbete är meriterande.
