Om rollen Talent By Lukas söker nu en engagerad och resultatdriven Försäljningsansvarig / Team Sales Manager för ett strategiskt expanderande uppdrag inom förnybar energi och hållbara elavtal. I denna roll kombinerar du aktiv egenförsäljning med operativt ledarskap. Du ansvarar för att bygga, leda och utveckla ett högpresterande säljteam riktat mot privatmarknaden (B2C). Genom att själv gå i bräschen på fältet och via telefon sätter du standarden för teamet, samtidigt som du coachar dina medarbetare att nå sina uppsatta mål och sin fulla potential. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Operativ försäljning: Driva din egen försäljning mot privatkunder och fungera som en förebild i säljprocessen. Teamledarskap & Utveckling: Rekrytera, introducera och löpande coacha säljarna i deras dagliga arbete för att säkerställa hög aktivitet och kvalitet. Måluppföljning & Resultat: Ansvara för teamets samlade försäljningsmål, aktivitetsnivåer och uppföljning av nyckeltal (KPI:er). Kulturskapande: Driva en professionell, målinriktad och energifylld säljkultur med fokus på goda kundrelationer och långsiktig tillväxt.

Kvalifikationer och kravprofil Vi söker dig som kombinerar affärsmässighet med ett starkt och engagerande ledarskap. Dokumenterad erfarenhet: Minst 1 års framgångsrik erfarenhet av B2C-försäljning (erfarenhet från fältsälj eller innesälj är meriterande). Ledarvana: Erfarenhet av teamledarskap, coachning eller påvisad potential att ta steget till en arbetsledande position. Resultatorienterad: Tydligt fokuserad på måluppfyllnad och förmåga att motivera andra till höga prestationer. Kommunikation: Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig professionellt på svenska i både tal och skrift. Utbildning: Avslutad gymnasieutbildning. B-körkort är meriterande.
