Som operativ inköpare hos Maxmoduler i Lycksele får du en central roll i att säkerställa att material, komponenter och leveranser finns på plats när de behövs. Om företaget Maxmoduler utvecklar och tillverkar kundanpassade byggbodar, moduler och kompletta nyckelfärdiga lösningar för bygg-, industri- och offentlig sektor. Våra leveranser omfattar allt från enskilda kontorsbodar till större modulprojekt såsom förskolor, boenden och etableringar i flera plan. Om rollen I en verksamhet där varje projekt kräver rätt material i rätt tid spelar inköpsfunktionen en avgörande roll. Här blir du en viktig länk mellan produktion, lager, leverantörer och produktionens framdrift. Du får ett praktiskt och koordinerande ansvar där din förmåga att planera, följa upp och agera i tid för direkt skillnad för produktionen. Som operativ inköpare ansvarar du för att rätt material finns på rätt plats i rätt tid. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Avropa material och komponenter utifrån produktionsplaner och behov från vårt affärssystem. Säkerställa leveranser enligt avtal och uppsatta tidsplaner. Följa upp leveranser, lagersaldon och materialtillgänglighet. Inköp av förbrukningsmaterial och verksamhetsrelaterade inventarier. Bidra till förbättringar inom inköp, logistik och lagerstyrning. Arbeta i vårt affärssystem Monitor och övriga digitala verktyg.

Vi tror att du har: Erfarenhet av inköp, logistik, materialplanering eller liknande arbetsuppgifter. God datorvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i digitala system. Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat, följa upp detaljer och prioritera i ett högt tempo. En kommunikativ och serviceinriktad arbetsstil.

Det är meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet från tillverkande industri, bygg- eller modulbranschen. Erfarenhet av Monitor eller annat affärssystem.
