Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att produktionens planerade behov tillgodoses med rätt kvalitet och leveransprecision. Du kommer att arbeta med inköp av material och tjänster till både prototyper och serieproduktion av tekniskt komplexa lösningar. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med leverantörer, planering och flera olika projektkontor. Du arbetar i en miljö med högt tempo och stort projektfokus där flexibilitet, kvalitet och förmågan att agera när förutsättningarna förändras är viktigt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är:

Inköp av material och tjänster utifrån planerade behov

Beställning och leveransuppföljning

Inhämtning av kostnadsuppskattningar

Leverantörsuppföljning och utveckling av relevanta KPI:er

Utreda orsaker till exempelvis försenade leveranser och följa upp åtgärder

Optimering av materialflöden

Din profil Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av inköp eller supply chain. Du trivs i en produktionsmiljö med högt tempo och har förståelse för de faktorer som påverkar inköp och materialflöden. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter, samarbetar bra med andra och ser till att saker blir gjorda samtidigt som du kan driva dina egna frågor framåt och agera proaktivt. Vi ser gärna att du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp, logistik, supply chain, industriell ekonomi eller ett annat relevant område. Erfarenhet från tillverkande internationell industri är meriterande. Ansökningsförfarande Detta är initialt ett konsultuppdrag med chans till förlängning och anställning på Saab i framtiden. Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd.
