Bolaget är ett mindre, stabilt familjeägt företag inom ROT-sektorn med långvariga kundrelationer mot kommun, region, privata fastighetsägare och privatpersoner. Vår kund driver både stora och små projekt och arbetar alltid med service, kvalitet och långsiktighet i fokus. Organisationen består av cirka tio personer och befinner sig i en utvecklingsfas. Som operativ ledare får du en nyckelroll i att hålla ihop den dagliga driften och samtidigt utveckla verksamheten framåt. Du kommer att:

Driva och följa upp projekt från start till mål

Stötta och utveckla projektledare och medarbetare

Säkerställa ordning, struktur och ekonomisk uppföljning

Vårda och utveckla kundrelationer

Bidra till affärsutveckling och ta in nya uppdrag

Arbeta nära ägare och ledning i strategiska frågor

Rollen är bred och passar dig som trivs i en kombination av operativt arbete och ledarskap. Du kommer att vara en central och viktig person i bolagets fortsatta utveckling. Vem vi söker Vi tror att du har:

Erfarenhet av bygg- och projektledning

Förmåga att organisera, strukturera och skapa ordning

Ledarerfarenhet

God förståelse för ekonomi och uppföljning

Gärna erfarenhet från både entreprenörs- och beställarsidan

Meriterande: BAS-P/BAS-U

Som person är du trygg, kommunikativ och prestigelös. Du kan vara tydlig när det behövs, men också lyhörd och stöttande. Du trivs med ansvar och vill vara med och bygga något långsiktigt.
