Är du en naturlig ledare som älskar service, högt tempo och att vara mitt i driften? Fratelli i Mall of Scandinavia söker nu en operativ restaurangchef som vill ta ansvar för servisen och den dagliga driften i vår matsal. Det här är inte en tjänst där du sitter på kontoret och leder verksamheten på distans. Du arbetar själv aktivt i driften tillsammans med ditt team och är den som ser till att varje service fungerar – från första gästen till stängning. Om rollen Som restaurangchef har du det övergripande ansvaret för servisen och driften i matsalen. Du leder teamet från golvet, fördelar arbetet under passen och säkerställer att våra gäster får ett trevligt och professionellt bemötande. Du är en närvarande ledare som ser vad som behöver göras och agerar direkt. När det är mycket gäster är du mitt i servicen tillsammans med teamet. När tempot är lugnare ser du till att restaurangen är ren, välorganiserad och redo för nästa rush. Den administrativa delen av tjänsten är relativt begränsad och består framför allt av schemaläggning, beställningar och rekrytering. Fokus i rollen ligger på den dagliga driften, personalen och gästen. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Leda och själv arbeta aktivt i den dagliga servicen

Säkerställa hög servicenivå och kvalitet genom hela dagen

Leda, motivera och följa upp personalen i matsalen

Planera och lägga schema utifrån verksamhetens behov

Säkerställa rätt bemanning och personalkostnad

Rekrytera och introducera nya medarbetare

Ansvara för löpande beställningar

Säkerställa att rutiner, öppning och stängning fungerar

Hålla restaurangen ren, organiserad och representativ

Hantera situationer och problem som uppstår i den dagliga driften

Vara länken mellan personalen och övriga ansvariga i verksamheten

Vem söker vi? Vi söker framför allt en stark person på golvet. Du tycker om att arbeta operativt och får energi av service, människor och ett högt tempo. Du behöver inte vara den person som helst sitter framför Excel – däremot ska du vara strukturerad nog att kunna planera bemanning, lägga ett bra schema och hålla ordning på restaurangens dagliga behov. Vi tror att du:

Har tidigare erfarenhet från restaurang, café eller liknande serviceverksamhet

Har erfarenhet av att leda andra, exempelvis som restaurangchef, assisterande restaurangchef, hovmästare, skiftledare eller supervisor

Är trygg i att fatta beslut och leda ett team under service

Är prestigelös och arbetar lika aktivt i driften som övriga i teamet

Har ett tydligt öga för service, kvalitet och detaljer

Är lösningsorienterad och behåller lugnet när tempot är högt

Är strukturerad och kan hantera schema, beställningar och bemanning

Förstår vikten av personalkostnader och effektiv bemanning

Talar svenska och/eller engelska obehindrat
