Är du en erfaren reskontraspecialist som trivs med att kombinera operativt arbete med att stötta och leda andra? Om tjänsten

Vi söker en Operativ Team Lead inom kund- och leverantörsreskontra för ett konsultuppdrag med ambition om långsiktig anställning. Rollen är bred och kombinerar operativt arbete i det dagliga flödet med arbetsledning och stöd till teamet.

Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten, vara ett bollplank i det dagliga arbetet och bidra till att stärka och utveckla reskontrafunktionen. Rollen passar dig som trivs med att arbeta både strategiskt och hands-on och som vill vara med på en förändringsresa.

Ansvarsområden

  • Operativt arbete inom kund- och leverantörsreskontra
  • Hantering av fakturaflöden, inklusive manuella avvikelser
  • Omfattande kundfakturering, krediteringar och påminnelsehantering
  • Kontoavstämningar och fakturakontroller
  • Stöd till verksamheten i reskontra- och systemrelaterade frågor
  • Fördela arbete och stötta teamet i det dagliga arbetet
  • Bidra till effektivisering, utveckling och förbättring av processer och arbetssätt

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av kund- och leverantörsreskontra, gärna från en större organisation med höga transaktionsvolymer. Du är trygg i din kompetens och har erfarenhet av att leda eller koordinera arbetet i ett team, även utan formellt personalansvar.

Vi ser gärna att du: - Har flera års erfarenhet inom reskontra - Har arbetat i komplexa och transaktionsintensiva miljöer - Är van att kombinera operativt arbete med arbetsledning - Har intresse för processutveckling, digitalisering och AI - Har god systemvana - Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska
