Om tjänsten Nu söker vi en noggrann och driven student till Avantema i Helsingborg! Här får du möjlighet att arbeta i ett mindre företag med varierande arbetsuppgifter inom framför allt orderhantering och e-handel. Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet – vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, har lätt för att lära och gillar att få saker gjorda. Avantema bedriver e-handel med bland annat modellbilar. Som extra medarbetare hjälper du till att få det dagliga arbetet att fungera smidigt, med fokus på att hantera beställningar och se till att produkterna packas och skickas till kunderna. Arbetet passar dig som gillar att varva administrativa uppgifter med praktiskt arbete och vill ha ett extrajobb vid sidan av studierna. I din roll som Order- och e-handelsassistent kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebära: Hantera inkommande beställningar och orderadministration. Plocka och packa varor inför leverans. Förbereda försändelser och lämna paket hos postombud. Hjälpa till med administration av produkter och annonser på företagets webbplats. Hjälpa till med enklare bokföring.

Tjänsten som Order- och e-handelsassistent är ett konsultuppdrag på deltid med start omgående. Om dig Vi söker dig som studerar och vill ha ett extrajobb som går att kombinera med studierna. Du behöver inte ha arbetat med e-handel eller administration tidigare. Det viktigaste är din inställning och att du vill lära dig. Viktigt för tjänsten är: Är noggrann och tycker om ordning och reda. Är ansvarstagande och pålitlig. Har lätt för att lära dig nya arbetsuppgifter. Trivs med att arbeta både praktiskt och administrativt. Har grundläggande datorvana.
