Dina arbetsuppgifter Som order- och kundsupport hos SKF får du en central roll med många kontaktytor. Du arbetar nära kunder, leverantörer, säljteam och produktion och är med och ser till att order- och leveransflödet fungerar smidigt. Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär bland annat att:

Registrera och hantera ordrar

Ta fram offerter och följa upp leveranser

Ha löpande kontakt med kunder och ge support

Samarbeta med säljteamet och produktionen

Hantera fakturering och rapportering av avslutade arbeten

Din profil Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från industrin och som trivs i en miljö där kund, teknik och produktion möts. Du behöver förstå hur det är att arbeta i en industriell verksamhet och ha ett intresse för att sätta dig in i produkter, orderflöden och kundens behov. För oss är ditt driv och intresse avgörande. Du är engagerad, nyfiken och vill förstå verksamheten på djupet. Du väntar inte på att någon annan ska lösa problem, utan tar egna initiativ, följer upp och ser till att uppgifter blir slutförda. Du gillar att ha många kontaktytor och är serviceinriktad och kommunikativ. Samtidigt är du strukturerad och noggrann och kan hålla ihop flera ärenden parallellt. Du behöver inte kunna allt från första dagen, men du behöver vilja lära dig, vara nyfiken och ha ett starkt eget driv. Vi söker framför allt dig som tycker att kombinationen av industri, kundkontakt, orderhantering och problemlösning låter stimulerande och som vill ta ansvar för att skapa en riktigt bra kundupplevelse. För rollen krävs att du har:

Erfarenhet av arbete inom industri eller industrinära verksamhet

Ett tydligt driv, engagemang och intresse för teknik och industri

Erfarenhet av administration, orderhantering, kundservice eller liknande

Förmåga att ta egna initiativ och driva ärenden framåt

Flytande svenska och god engelska i tal och skrift

Goda IT-kunskaper och vana av Office-paketet

Erfarenhet av affärssystem, SAP är meriterande
