The posting

Vi söker en noggrann, serviceinriktad och strukturerad orderadministratör till vårt team i Låssby. I rollen får du en varierad arbetsdag där du kombinerar orderadministration med kundservice, reception och administrativa uppgifter. För att trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du kan hantera flera saker samtidigt, gillar ordning och reda samt tycker om att ge god service till både kunder, chaufförer och kollegor. Arbetstiderna är förlagda dagtid (07.00-16:00/08:00-17:00). Tjänsten ska tillsättas omgående och är en tidsbegränsad anställning som löper till och med januari 2028. Arbetsuppgifter: Som orderadministratör hos oss kommer dina arbetsuppgifter vara

Hantera och administrera ordrar

Arbeta med KPI:er och uppföljning

Ansvara för kundsupport, framför allt genom besvara mejl

Arbete i reception och ta emot chaufförer

Hantera och uppdatera order i det dagliga flödet

Samarbeta med kollegor för att säkerställa att order och leveranser hanteras på ett smidigt sätt

Vi söker dig som:

Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande

Du är serviceinriktad

Trivs med administrativa arbetsuppgifter och att arbeta med flera saker parallellt

Är kommunikativ och trivs med kontakt med både kunder, chaufförer och kollegor

Har lätt för att samarbeta och är flexibel när arbetsuppgifterna varierar

Krav för tjänsten:

Behärska svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Grundläggande kunskaper i Excel

Meriterande:

Tidigare arbetserfarenhet som orderadministratör inom logistikbranschen
