Vi söker nu, för kunds räkning, en engagerad och driven Orderadministratör till ett producerande bolag med högt tempo och stark framtidstro. Det här är ett konsultuppdrag för dig som vill utvecklas i en varierad roll med många kontaktytor och ett härligt team runt dig. Du kommer att bli en viktig del av verksamheten och arbeta nära både säljteam, kunder och interna avdelningar för att säkerställa att orderflödet fungerar smidigt från start till mål. Om uppdraget Som konsult hos vår kund får du en central roll där du kombinerar administration, koordinering och service. Rollen passar dig som gillar att ha flera dialoger igång samtidigt, arbetar strukturerat och trivs när det händer mycket. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara: Registrera och administrera kundorder i affärssystem Stötta säljteamet i det dagliga administrativa arbetet Ha löpande kontakt med kunder kring orderstatus, leveranser och frågor Samordna information mellan produktion, lager, logistik och försäljning Hantera dokumentation och bidra till ordning och struktur i processerna Vara med och förbättra arbetssätt och administrativa rutiner

Vi söker dig som Vi tror att du har cirka 1–2 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll, exempelvis inom orderadministration, säljsupport eller kundservice i en B2B-miljö. För att lyckas i uppdraget ser vi att du: Har ett positivt driv och tycker om att samarbeta med andra Är serviceinriktad och gillar att skapa goda kundrelationer Trivs i ett högt tempo och kan hantera flera uppgifter parallellt Är strukturerad, noggrann och lösningsorienterad Har god systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska både muntligt och skriftligt
