Upplands Vitvaruservice AB söker nu en engagerad kollega och orderadministratör till en central roll på företaget. Vi är ett engagerat gäng där värderingarna ledarskap, enkelhet och glädje tillsammans med högsta kundservice styr verksamheten. Vi är i dag 12 medarbetare som huvudsakligen arbetar med service och installation av vitvaror till fastighetsägare, privatpersoner och i tvättstugor. Våra uppdragsgivare är främst större vitvarutillverkare och fastighetsägare i Uppsalaområdet. Vi är ett sammansvetsat gäng som är stolta över det viktiga jobb vi gör. Vi sitter i fina lokaler på Kungsgatan 115 i Uppsala Om rollen: Som orderadministratör har du en central roll på företaget. Du kommer ha daglig kontakt med kunder, kollegor och leverantörer och ansvar för att den dagliga administrationen löper smidigt. Du kommer arbeta med ordermottagning och planering av serviceuppdrag och installationer för våra tekniker. Målet är att hitta den mest effektiva och bästa lösningen både för kund och tekniker. I rollen ingår ordermottagning, schemaläggning av uppdrag till våra tekniker, reklamationsärenden, telefoni, arbetsplanering och godsmottagning. Du kommer att ingå i ett team om två personer inne på kontoret. Den vi söker är: Ansvarstagande, strukturerad och noggrann Service- och kundorienterad och tycker om att hjälpa till Bekväm med daglig kontakt med kunder och leverantörer Hantera svenska språket både i tal och skrift Van att hantera en dator och att arbeta i administrativa system Tidigare erfarenhet från administrativ roll (minst 3 år) Erfarenhet från fakturering och enklare bokföring är meriteriande Erfarenhet från vitvarubranschen ses som mycket meriterande Om anställningen: Tjänsten är heltid och tillsvidareanställning efter provanställning. Arbetstider är vardagar 7-16. Villkor för tjänsten följer gällande kollektivavtal (Teknikavtalet/Unionen) Tillsättning: Inkomna ansökningar hanteras löpande. Välkommen med din ansökan!
