Julgransservice bygger och driver Stockholms största julgransmarknad på Gärdet. Varje år hjälper vi privatpersoner, företag och bostadsrättsföreningar med julgranar, leveranser och tillhörande tjänster under en intensiv och spännande säsong. Om tjänsten Vi söker en serviceinriktad och ansvarstagande medarbetare som kommer att arbeta med ordermottagning, kundservice och försäljning. Du kommer främst att ta emot beställningar via telefon och e-post, skicka offerter och hjälpa kunder att hitta rätt lösning. Under säsongen är du även en del av den dagliga verksamheten ute på julgransmarknaden. Det kan innebära att hjälpa kunder att välja julgran, ge råd om våra produkter och tjänster samt stötta övriga teamet där behov finns. Arbetsuppgifter Ta emot beställningar via telefon och e-post Skicka offerter till privatpersoner och företag Registrera order och hantera enklare fakturering i Fortnox Besvara kundfrågor och ge service före, under och efter beställning Planera och samordna leveranser tillsammans med övriga medarbetare Hjälpa kunder att välja rätt julgran på julgransmarknaden Stötta verksamheten med praktiska uppgifter vid behov

Vi söker dig som Är serviceinriktad och tycker om kundkontakt Är ordningsam och strukturerad Trivs med att arbeta i högt tempo Har god datorvana Kan uttrycka dig väl på svenska i tal och skrift Har erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller försäljning Erfarenhet av Fortnox är meriterande men inget krav
