För vår kund inom fordonsindustrin söker vi nu en senior specialist inom Endpoint Management med stark kompetens inom SCCM/MECM och modern klienthantering. I rollen kommer du att vara en viktig del av teamet som ansvarar för klientplattform, operativsystem, applikationsdistribution och livscykelhantering av Windows-enheter i en komplex global IT-miljö. Om rollen En tidsbegränsad anställning på 10-14 månader Som OT Engineer ansvarar du för planering och genomförande av Windows-imagering, utrullning och migreringsaktiviteter inom OT- och produktionsmiljöer. Rollen fokuserar på enhetsutbyte, operativsystemsinstallationer, applikationsdistribution, konfiguration av klienter samt support i samband med migreringar. Du kommer att arbeta nära IT-, OT- och verksamhetsteam för att säkerställa en smidig övergång med minimal påverkan på produktionen. Erfarenhet från tillverkningsindustri, produktionsanläggningar eller andra industriella miljöer är meriterande. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Genomföra Windows 10- och Windows 11-installationer samt utrullningar med hjälp av MECM/SCCM och Task Sequences. Utföra uppgraderingar och migreringar av klientdatorer, inklusive utbyte av hårdvara, ominstallationer och in-place-upgraderingar. Säkerställa kompatibilitet mellan hårdvara, operativsystem och applikationer inför migreringar. Installera och konfigurera operativsystem, drivrutiner, affärskritiska applikationer och säkerhetsinställningar. Hantera migrering av användarprofiler och data med lämpliga verktyg och metoder. Utföra domänanslutningar i Active Directory, verifiera GPO-inställningar, aktivera BitLocker samt genomföra efterlevnads- och säkerhetskontroller. Koordinera migreringsaktiviteter tillsammans med IT-, OT-, site- och verksamhetsteam. Felsöka problem relaterade till installationer, applikationer, utrullningar och endpoint-hantering. Ge support på plats under migreringar, genomföra cutover-aktiviteter samt erbjuda förstärkt support efter genomförd migrering. Dokumentera processer, rutiner, implementationer och kunskapsartiklar. Säkerställa att förändringshantering, säkerhetskrav och operativa standarder följs genom hela migreringsprocessen.

Kvalifikationer Tekniska krav Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av: Windows 10 och Windows 11 Deployment & Migration SCCM / MECM Operating System Deployment (OSD) Applikationsdistribution och paketering BitLocker-administration Felsökning och support av klientmiljöer Asset Management, compliance och rapportering Incident- och Change Management i ServiceNow

Meriterande erfarenhet 2-3 års erfarenhet av endpoint management och Windows-migreringsprojekt. Erfarenhet av klienthantering i industri-, produktions- eller shop floor-miljöer. Kunskap om migreringsanalyser, kompatibilitetstester för applikationer och automationslösningar för deployment. Förståelse för de krav och begränsningar som gäller i OT- och tillverkningsmiljöer.

Språkkrav Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Kan samarbeta effektivt med både tekniska team och verksamhetsrepresentanter. Är flexibel och bekväm med att arbeta i verksamhetskritiska miljöer där produktionen alltid står i fokus.
