Samtidigt arbetar de mot ett premiumsegment dÀr kvalitet, varumÀrke och kundupplevelse stÄr i fokus. Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter I rollen ansvarar du för att driva och utveckla bolagets performance marketing samtidigt som du arbetar operativt med innehÄll och kampanjer. Du fÄr ett helhetsansvar för att skapa tillvÀxt genom datadrivna beslut och kreativ marknadsföring. Du kommer bland annat att:

Äga och utveckla bolagets performance marketing-strategi.

SÀtta upp, optimera och följa upp Paid Social-kampanjer.

Arbeta operativt i Meta, Snapchat, TikTok och X.

Optimera mÄlgrupper, pixel tracking och exkluderingar för att sÀkerstÀlla högsta möjliga avkastning.

Planera och driva acquisition, reactivation och branding-kampanjer.

Följa upp resultat, analysera data och identifiera nya tillvÀxtmöjligheter.

Skapa engagerande content för olika digitala kanaler.

Samarbeta nÀra övriga delar av verksamheten för att stÀrka varumÀrket och bidra till affÀrstillvÀxt.

Testa nya initiativ, kanaler och arbetssÀtt för att skapa lÄngsiktig tillvÀxt.

Vi söker dig somKrav Har minst fem Ärs erfarenhet inom performance marketing.

Har erfarenhet av content creation.

Kommunicerar obehindrat pÄ svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Meriterande Har tidigare arbetat i ett startupbolag eller annan snabbvÀxande organisation.

Du Ă€r en person som trivs med stort ansvar och motiveras av att skapa resultat. Du gillar att arbeta nĂ€ra verksamheten, tar egna initiativ och har lĂ€tt för att vĂ€xla mellan strategiska frĂ„gor och operativt genomförande.
