Om rollen Du leder den dagliga driften, utvecklar kundrelationer och säkerställer hög kvalitet i våra leveranser. Rollen kombinerar ledarskap, affärsutveckling och operativ problemlösning. Du arbetar med rekrytering, bemanning, schemaläggning, kvalitetsuppföljning, kundmöten och coachning av våra konsulter. Tillsammans med två kollegor ansvarar du för avdelningens utveckling, kvalitet och lönsamhet. Vi tror att du har erfarenhet som Chefshusfru, Hotellchef, Platschef eller liknande ledarroll

drivs av att utveckla människor och skapa goda kundrelationer

har ett affärsmässigt förhållningssätt och god ekonomisk förståelse

är van att planera, prioritera och fatta beslut i ett högt tempo

har kunskap inom personalledning och arbetsrätt

kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

har B-körkort
