Vill du göra skillnad i en annan människas vardag? ❤️

Vi söker en engagerad och trygg personlig assistent till en ung man i 30-årsåldern med autism och Downs syndrom.

Arbetet innebär att finnas som stöd efter hans dagliga verksamhet och hjälpa honom med det han behöver för att vardagen ska fungera på ett tryggt och bra sätt.

Arbetstider

Vi söker dig som kan arbeta: Måndag, tisdag och onsdag kl. 15:00–20:00 Det är viktigt att du kan arbeta dessa tider regelbundet.

Arbetsuppgifter

När kunden kommer hem från daglig verksamhet behöver han stöd och hjälp med sin eftermiddag och kväll. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära:

  • Ta av ytterkläder och skor när han kommer hem
  • Hjälpa till med att tvätta händerna
  • Hjälpa till att byta om
  • Förbereda och hjälpa till vid middagen
  • Vara ett stöd under måltiden
  • Hjälpa till med kvällshygien
  • Hjälpa till med andra personliga behov som uppstår under eftermiddagen och kvällen
  • Skapa trygghet, lugn och en tydlig struktur i vardagen
  • Vara närvarande och uppmärksam på hans behov och önskemål
  • Hjälpa till med hushållssysslor

Det är viktigt att du har ett lugnt och respektfullt bemötande och kan följa rutiner. Du behöver kunna ge stöd på ett tryggt sätt och samtidigt uppmuntra kunden att göra det han klarar själv.

  • Trygg, lugn och ansvarsfull
  • Tålmodig och lyhörd
  • Respektfull och har ett gott bemötande
  • Pålitlig och kommer i tid
  • Bekväm med att hjälpa till med personlig omvårdnad och hygien
  • Intresserad av att arbeta med människor och göra skillnad i vardagen

Tidigare erfarenhet av personlig assistans, autism eller Downs syndrom är meriterande, men det viktigaste är ditt bemötande och din vilja att lära dig.

Som personlig assistent blir du en viktig del av kundens vardag. Vi söker därför dig som ser detta som ett långsiktigt arbete och som vill bidra till en trygg, positiv och fungerande vardag.
