Hos oss får du ett meningsfullt, engagerande och ibland utmanande arbete där din kompetens och ditt lugn gör en avgörande skillnad. Om rollen Som personlig assistent stöttar du kunden i dennes vardag – med allt från personlig omvårdnad och hushållssysslor till aktiviteter utanför hemmet. Eftersom detta är en allmän rekrytering matchar vi dig mot lämpligt uppdrag utifrån din profil. Arbetet kan erbjuda stunder av stor glädje, men kräver också att du har rätt verktyg och trygghet för att hantera situationer som upplevs som utmanande. Alla nyanställda hos oss börjar som timvikarier. Hos vissa kunder finns det goda möjligheter till en fast schemarad på deltid längre fram. Vi söker dig som:

Har tidigare erfarenhet av utåtagerande beteenden.

Gärna har kunskap om eller erfarenhet av lågaffektivt bemötande.

Har goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift (krav för säker kommunikation och dokumentation).

Är lugn, stabil och trygg i dig själv när situationer ställs på sin spets.

Arbetstider Arbetstiderna varierar beroende på kunden och uppdraget. Det förekommer alla typer av pass:

Vi bygger nära och långsiktiga relationer som ett mindre bolag, men har samtidigt tryggheten och resurserna från vår större koncern, Team Olivia. Många av våra chefer har egen erfarenhet som personliga assistenter, vilket ger en djup förståelse för yrket. Vi följer kollektivavtal mellan Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
