Som personlig assistent hos oss är du med och skapar trygghet, frihet och livskvalitet för en person med funktionsnedsättning i Västerås. Vi söker en ung kvinnlig personlig assistent till en ung tjej. Tjänsten avser arbete i brukarens hem och närmiljö. Om Rollen Som personlig assistent ger du stöd i det som behövs för att vardagen ska fungera på ett tryggt och smidigt sätt. Du kommer bland annat att: Stötta i personliga vardagssysslor som hygien, påklädning och måltider Hjälpa till i hemmet, till exempel med matlagning, städning och inköp Följa med på aktiviteter, ärenden och sociala sammanhang Vara ett närvarande och lyhört stöd för brukarens önskemål och behov Bidra till struktur, trygghet och självständighet i vardagen

Arbetstiderna dag, kväll, måndag till fredag. Vem Vi Letar Efter Du behöver inte ha erfarenhet från vård och omsorg – din personlighet väger tungt. Det viktiga är att du vill göra skillnad och trivs med att hjälpa andra. Vi tror att du: Är ansvarsfull, lugn och trygg i dig själv Är lyhörd, respektfull och bra på att samarbeta Kan arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ Har goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift Har körkort

Tidigare erfarenhet inom personlig assistans, hemtjänst eller vård är meriterande, men inget krav.
