Om jobbet. Jag är en 10-årig kille som söker en ny personlig assistent för dagtid. Jag har en funktionsnedsättning och behöver hjälp med olika moment i livet. Du kommer att arbeta nära mig och vara en viktig del av min vardag. Arbetet innebär att du är och finns till hands vid alla moment. Du ansvarar för att skapa en lugn, trygg och stabil miljö samt säkerställa att dagen förflyter på ett bra och säkert sätt. Vem är du? Jag söker dig som är lyhörd, empatisk, och ansvarsfull. Du har ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med människor, är flexibel och har lätt för att anpassa dig efter olika situationer. Erfarenhet av omsorgsarbete eller arbete inom vård och stöd är meriterande, men störst vikt lägger vi vid din personlighet och din förmåga att bemöta andra med respekt och omtanke. • Du är noggrann och har ett gott omdöme. • Du kan arbeta självständigt men även samarbeta väl med andra. • Du har god kommunikativ förmåga och kan uttrycka dig väl på svenska, både i tal och skrift. •Det är en fördel om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med ungdomar. Jag behöver hjälp med slemsug och kan sköta mat pump till PEG-sond och lift. Viktigaste är att du är en person som kan se mig som en helhet och planera, strukturera min vardag självständigt. Du bör se arbetet som långsiktigt, då det tar tid för mig att vänja mig vid nya assistenter. Du måste behärska obehindrat svenska i både tal och skrift, eftersom det är viktigt för kommunikationen och dokumentationen. Har du undersköterskeutbildning är det ett stort plus, men viktigast är att du är trygg, lyhörd och vill vara en del av min vardag.
