AB OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden har funnits sedan 2003. Vi finns i dagsläget etablerade i Stockholm, Göteborg , Malmö, Örebro och Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden består av personlig assistans, avlösning, ledsagning, boendestöd och stödboende. Vi söker nu personliga assistenter till en ung rullstolsburen man i Haninge. Vi söker både hel- och deltidsanställda med start från 1 oktober samt en erfaren samordnare. Personen har ett omfattande assistansbehov till följd av en förlamning. Tjänsten innebär hjälp med samtliga grundläggande behov, personlig omvårdnad, förflyttningar med hjälpmedel samt stöd i vardagens alla aktiviteter. Är du en engagerad, ansvarstagande och lyhörd person som vill göra skillnad i en annan människas vardag? Då kan detta vara jobbet för dig! Om tjänsten Som personlig assistent kommer du att vara ett viktigt stöd i kundens vardag och bidra till att skapa trygghet, självständighet och god livskvalitet. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat personlig omvårdnad, förflyttningar, stöd vid dagliga aktiviteter samt att följa med på olika aktiviteter utanför hemmet. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av personlig assistans, ryggmärgsskador, förflyttningsteknik och arbete med lift. Du behöver känna dig trygg i att arbeta nära en annan person och kunna anpassa ditt arbetssätt efter kundens behov och önskemål. Vi söker dig som Är ansvarstagande, flexibel och har ett gott bemötande.

Har god samarbetsförmåga men också kan arbeta självständigt.

Talar och förstår svenska väl.
