Vi söker en pigg och empatisk kvinnlig personlig assistent till en rullstolsbunden kvinna som behöver hjälp i sin vardag. Utöver arbetet som personlig assistent kommer du ansvara för schemaläggning och ha ett övergripande ansvar för bemanningen i gruppen. Tidigare erfarenhet av detta är inget krav. Personlig lämplighet väger tyngst. Vi söker dig som är lugn, ansvarstagande och lyhörd. Flexibilitet, noggrannhet och samarbetsförmåga är egenskaper som krävs. Du är mogen i ditt sätt att bemöta olika situationer. Arbetet bygger på respekt för den enskildes självbestämmande och integritet. Brukaren föredrar kvinnliga assistenter. Schemalagd arbetstid. 24 timmar kl. 08.00 - 08.00 med jour på natten. En till två pass i veckan. Introduktionstiden är viktigt för att du ska få en bra start, och den är betald. Vi erbjuder vidareutbildning och friskvård. Tillträde omgående. Ring så berättar vi mer!
