The posting

Vi söker nu en trygg, lugn person och engagerad personlig assistent till vår barnkund. Tjänsten passar dig som tycker om barn, vara aktiv, hitta på saker och skapa en trygg och positiv vardag.

Arbetstider: Vardagar kl 14.00-19.00, med möjlighet till längre pass vissa dagar. Varannan helg efter överenskommelse. Sena kvällar kan förekomma på helger.

Arbetet innebär bland annat att följa med på utevistelser, spela fotboll och hitta på andra fysiska och roliga aktiviteter. Du behöver vara kreativ och påhittig och kunna anpassa aktiviteterna efter barnets behov och dagsform.

Det är viktigt att du har ett lågaffektivt förhållningssätt och kan förebygga, avleda och hantera situationer på ett lugnt och pedagogiskt sätt. Ett förebyggande och främjande arbetssätt är en viktig del av tjänsten och bidrar till en trygg och stabil vardag för barnet.

Erfarenhet av NPF diagnoser är meriterande, men personlig lämpning och rätt förhållningssätt är av stor betydelse.

I hemmet finns två katter.
