Vi söker en trygg, varm och ansvarsfull personlig assistent till en kvinna som bor i Hovås.

Arbetet innebär att vara ett stöd i vardagen och att hjälpa till med både personlig omvårdnad och praktiska uppgifter i hemmet. Det är viktigt att du är lyhörd och respekterar att det är kunden som bestämmer över sin vardag och hur hon vill ha sin hjälp.

Om arbetet

Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära:

  • Personlig hygien och dusch
  • Toalettbesök och påklädning
  • Stöd vid förflyttningar och användning av gånghjälpmedel/rullstol
  • Hjälp vid måltider och matlagning
  • Disk, tvätt och ordning i hemmet
  • Stöd vid inköp och aktiviteter
  • Hjälp med kommunikation när det behövs
  • Stöd vid sjukvårdsbesök och andra ärenden
  • Följa rutiner kring medicin enligt instruktion/delegering
  • Vara uppmärksam på dagsform, trötthet, smärta och behov av vila

Du är framför allt:

Lugn och tålmodig Du stressar inte och ger kunden den tid hon behöver för att kommunicera och utföra det hon klarar själv.

Lyhörd och respektfull Du har förståelse för personlig integritet och kan arbeta nära en person i hennes hem på ett professionellt sätt. Trygg vid förflyttningar Du är noggrann och följer instruktioner för att göra förflyttningar så säkra som möjligt. Självständig och ordningsam Du ser vad som behöver göras och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Positiv och flexibel Du kan anpassa dig efter hennes dagsform och samtidigt uppmuntra till aktivitet och delaktighet.

Erfarenhet av personlig assistans, personlig omvårdnad, rullstol och förflyttningar är meriterande. Personlig lämplighet är mycket viktig.

Arbetstider

Arbetet omfattar både dag- och kvällstid enligt schema. Det kan förekomma arbetspass ungefär 09.00–17.58 och 20.05–22.00, samt jour/trygghetsjour enligt gällande schema.
