Vi söker dig som vill arbeta som personlig assistent till fast tjänst på 100%, Om kunden: En kille i vuxen ålder som bor i Kiruna i en villa ihop med sina föräldrar. Har assistans dygnet runt med hjälp av två personer. För att kommunicera krävs det tid för att lära känna & för att du som är runt våran kund ska kunna läsa av honom då svårigheter finns att uttrycka sig verbalt. Behöver hjälp med allt från personlig hygien till skötsel av hemmet. När vädret tillåter så gillar han att vistas ute och ta promenader med hjälp av elrullstol som du som assistent kommer att köra. Manuell rullstol används inomhus, finns hjälpmedel som underlättar arbetet för dig och ökar tryggheten för kunden, finns bland annat manuell lift och trapphiss. Om du som söker går vidare i rekryteringen kommer du få veta mer om kunden och hans hjälpbehov.

Kvalifikationer/önskemål om assistent: Önskemål att du som söker har erfarenhet av att hantera kramper eller att du inte är rädd för att få kunskap för att kunna hantera kramperna som kunden får på grund av sin epilepsi. Det är även önskvärt att du som söker har körkort då kund har en handikappanpassad bil som kan användas i tjänst, men ej ett krav på körkort. Kan finnas hund som hälsar på i kunds hem så du som söker kan ej ha allergi mot hund.

Om tjänsten: Tjänsten är en 100 % fast tjänst. Skift 7/7. Jobba 7 dagar ledig 7 dagar.

Övrigt: God assistans månar om sina assistenter, har kollektivavtal och erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag på upp till 4000:- /år. I enlighet med God Assistans Policy tar vi in belastningsutdrag från ALLA anställda.

Vi kommer vilja se kopia på pass (SV) eller uppehållskort (EU) eller uppehålls-och arbetstillstånd/LMA-kort (utanför EU)
