Vi söker personlig assistent till en kille på 12 år. Det är en glad kille med mycket energi, med många utmaningar i sin vardag. Han älskar aktiviteter men vill ibland bara sitta i soffan och ta det lugnt. Han har språk och motorik svårigheter, intellektuell funktionsnedsättning och epilepsi. Han bor växelvis i två boende, ett på Trossö hos mamman och ett i Spandelstorp där hans pappa bor, det är god kommunikation mellan föräldrarna. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att jobba med barn då gärna barn med diagnoser och dess utmaningar. Du skall vara lugn, idérik ha lätt att hitta på olika aktiviteter gärna sådant som man kan göra utomhus. Du bör ha förmågan av att känna av kundens olika stämningslägen. Vara fysiskt och mentalt stark. Ha ett stort tålamod, vara lyhörd, flexibel och förmåga att kunna motivera kunden. Det är meriterande att ha kunskap om LAB-låg effektivt beteende. TAKK-tecken och Bildstöd som alternativ kommunikation. Förflyttningsteknik och körkort. Kunden går inomhus med rullator vilket man behöver motivera till ibland, utomhus använder han sin rullstol. Föräldrarna finns med i stor utsträckning innan man känner kunden ordentligt, för tryggheten är viktig för både kund, föräldrar och assistenten. Som assistent skall man kunna avlasta familjen med att göra aktiviteter själv med kunden, men också tillsammans med föräldrar och syskon. Tjänsten är en timanställning för att täcka upp vid behov.
