Vi söker nu ett par personliga assistenter till vår kund som är en aktiv 10-årig kille i Norrköping. Är du en positiv, lyhörd, flexibel och driven person som förstår vikten av ett respektfullt förhållningssätt är det kanske just dig som vi söker. Det är viktigt att du kan ta egna initiativ, har tålamod och är trygg i att arbeta med lågaffektivt bemötande och kan arbeta varierande arbetstid bestående av dagtid, kvällstid och helg. Du arbetar i kundens hem som består av 4 familjemedlemmar. Familjen har även en hund. Dina arbetsuppgifter: Som personlig assistent ska du hela tiden finnas i kundens närhet och bistå med stöd och motiverade insatser och med individuell anpassning vid alla kundens dagliga aktiviteter. Det kan handla om stöd och hjälp med hygien, hjälp vid matsituationer, träning och fritidsaktiviteter. Kunden behöver ständig tillsyn för att du ska kunna agera snabbt vid situationer som kan uppstå. Vi söker dig: som är en ansvarsfull och trygg person. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att stödja och arbeta med barn med autism, vilket ger värdefulla insikter i anpassat bemötande och pedagogiskt stöd. Omfattning: 50-75% Som anställd på Drivhuset assistans får du möjligheten att bidra till en meningsfull vardag för andra, samtidigt som du får möjlighet att utvecklas professionellt.
