Just nu söker vi dig som vill bli personlig assistent hos ett barn som bor med sin familj i Skövde.

Vad innebär den här tjänsten? Som personlig assistent stöttar du ett fartfyllt och glatt barn där funktionsnedsättning sätter gränser i vardagen. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära:

Stöd vid måltider och personlig hygien

Motiverande och aktiverande arbete

Kommunikation med hjälp av tecken och bilder

Barnet har autism och kommunicerar utan tal. Ibland kan situationer uppstå där barnet blir utåtagerande, och då är det viktigt att du känner dig trygg i att hantera detta på ett lugnt och professionellt sätt. Det är önskvärt att du har erfarenhet av lågaffektivt bemötande. Tjänsten är på deltid med varierade arbetstider (dag, kväll och helg). Vi söker även en vikarie som vill hoppa in vid behov. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är engagerad, respektfull och lyhörd. Vi ser gärna att du har stort tålamod och förmågan att vara personlig samtidigt som du agerar professionellt. Vi ser gärna att du:

Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med kunder som har autism

Har kunskap och erfarenhet av lågaffektivt bemötande
