Nu söker vi en personlig assistent som timvikarier vid behov till våran härlig tjej i Bro. Vi söker dig med stort engagemang för personer med funktionsnedsättning. Våran kund behöver hjälp med de mesta i vardagen som t.ex omvårdnad och personlig hygien, hjälp med förflyttningar och under alla aktiviteter i och utanför hemmet. Hon har också en intellektuell funktionsnedsättning, viss kommunikation förs via taktila tecken. Kunden har även en synnedsättning så assistenten behöver hela tiden vara närvarande. Som assistent är du kundens förlängda arm i vardagen. Kunden går i skolan mån-fre där skolan tillgodoser behoven. Vi ser gärna kvinnliga sökande till detta uppdrag och det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet utav omvårdnadsarbete samt kunskaper inom epilepsi. Du behöver behärska det svenska språket obehindrat i tal och skrift. Djur finns i hemmet (Katt). Dina arbetsuppgifter i övrigt: För yrket förekommande uppgifter. Det kan vara allt från individanpassad omvårdnad till hushållssysslor. Assistansen bedrivs främst i kundens hem men även under utomhusvistelser. Du arbetar stödjande och motiverande. Utbildning får du på plats och via Monument Assistans. Anhörig till kund är delaktig i urvalsprocessen och kommer att ha tillgång till ansökningarna.
