Vi söker vikarie vid behov, för rätt person finns möjlighet till fast tjänst i grundschema. Nu söker vi lyhörda och varma kvinnliga assistenter till vår kund i Hägersten. Vår kund är en man i 50-års ålder som bor tillsammans med sin fru i en lägenhet i Hägersten. Han behöver stöd i hela sin vardag efter en förvärvad hjärnskada med svår epilepsi. Assistansen ges dygnet runt och arbetspassen är förlagda till både dag, kväll, natt och helg. Dagtid är förlagd med dubbelassistans. Vi ser att du som söker både kan arbeta självständigt men även att vara en del av en arbetsgrupp. Som assistent bör du vara lugn, lyhörd, flexibel och ta stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Du behöver ha god fysik och tycka om att ge god omvårdnad. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår viss dokumentation och självklart kommunikation med kund och andra i kundens närhet. Du behöver därför ha goda kunskaper i svenska och gärna engelska. I arbetet ingår att hjälpa kunden med det han inte kan, vilket innefattar hjälp med hushållssysslor, förflyttningar, personlig hygien, städning, tvätt. Det innebär också att följa med kunden på besök och aktiviteter utanför hemmets såsom läkarbesök, daglig verksamhet m.m. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att jobba som personlig assistent, men det viktigaste är att du har en positiv attityd, är pålitlig, noggrann, omtänksam och att du är villig att lära dig. Det är en fördel om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att ge näring via PEG, användande av inhalator/PEP mask och andra hjälpmedel som lyft, rullstol/permobil och MotoMed etc. För rätt person kan möjlighet till rad på ca 80% ges. Vi ser gärna att du som söker är vaccinerad enligt rekommendationer kring covid-19.
