Är du en strukturerad och serviceinriktad person som trivs med att ha många bollar i luften? Vi söker nu en planör till en etablerad bilverkstad i Uppsala. Om tjänsten Som planör har du en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att planera och koordinera verkstadens arbeten, boka in fordon, fördela jobb till tekniker och säkerställa att arbetet flyter på effektivt. Du har mycket kontakt med både kunder, mekaniker, leverantörer och andra samarbetspartners. Rollen passar dig som tycker om att skapa struktur, lösa problem och samtidigt ge kunderna ett professionellt bemötande. Arbetsuppgifter Planera och fördela verkstadsjobb Boka in kunder och fordon Koordinera arbetet mellan kundmottagning och verkstad Följa upp pågående arbeten och leveranstider Ha löpande kontakt med kunder och verkstadspersonal Hantera akuta ändringar och hitta praktiska lösningar Säkerställa att arbeten planeras effektivt och håller överenskommen tidsplan

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet från bilverkstad, kundmottagning eller liknande verksamhet Är strukturerad och stresstålig Är bra på att planera, prioritera och kommunicera Har ett naturligt sinne för service Trivs med ett högt tempo och varierande arbetsdagar Är lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande Har god datorvana B-körkort är ett krav

Erfarenhet av arbete som planör, verkstadsplanerare eller kundmottagare är meriterande. Ansökan och tillträde Detta är en tjänst på heltid, med start så snart det är möjligt. Arbetstiderna är förlagda dagtid måndag-fredag, där arbetspassen varierar mellan 7-16 samt 9-18.
