Access Hemomsorg söker en planerare inom hemtjänst för en varierad roll där du kombinerar planering och schemaläggning med arbete ute hos våra vårdtagare. Det här passar dig som tycker om att planera, lösa problem och ha många kontaktytor – men som samtidigt trivs med att vara en del av det praktiska arbetet ute i verksamheten. Arbetsuppgifter Som planerare kommer du bland annat att: Planera och schemalägga hemtjänstens insatser Anpassa scheman efter vårdtagarnas behov och verksamhetens förutsättningar Ha löpande kontakt med kollegor och vårdtagare Hantera förändringar och lösa situationer som uppstår under arbetsdagen Arbeta praktiskt ute hos våra vårdtagare Bidra till att den dagliga verksamheten fungerar effektivt och med god kvalitet Utföra administrativa uppgifter kopplade till planering och samordning

Rollen innebär att du växlar mellan kontorsarbete och arbete ute på fältet. Därför är det viktigt att du trivs med båda delarna. Vi söker dig som Vi söker en person som är ödmjuk, ansvarstagande och stresstålig Du har lätt för att samarbeta och kommunicera med olika typer av människor och behåller ett professionellt och respektfullt bemötande även när arbetstempot är högt. Du är: Strukturerad och noggrann Lösningsorienterad och handlingskraftig Flexibel och kan snabbt ställa om när situationen kräver det Trygg i kontakten med både kollegor och vårdtagare Självständig och ansvarstagande Serviceinriktad och lyhörd

Krav God svenska i tal och skrift Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra Du behöver vara bekväm med att kombinera administrativt arbete med praktiskt arbete ute hos vårdtagare

Erfarenhet av planering inom hemtjänst, äldreomsorg eller annan vård- och omsorgsverksamhet är meriterande, men även erfarenhet av schemaläggning och planering från andra branscher kan vara relevant.
