Peab Östergötland behöver förstärka sin organisation på entreprenadsidan med en erfaren Platschef. Våra projekt finns i hela länet. Rollen som platschef Att arbeta som platschef hos oss innebär spännande arbetsdagar med fokus på samordning, styrning och arbetsmiljöfrågor. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår att planera och leda produktionen från projektets start till slutbesiktning samt ansvara för personal, ekonomi, kvalitet, miljö och arbetsmiljö. Utöver det kommer du att ansvara för budget, tidplan, logistik och resurser för dina projekt, göra kontinuerliga uppföljningar för att säkerställa effektivitet och leverans, ansvara för daglig planering och produktion, ekonomisk uppföljning samt kund- och medarbetarkontakter. Till hjälp i ditt arbete har du, utöver närmaste chef, projektchef och arbetsledare, stödfunktioner såsom kalkyl, KMA, inköp och HR. Vi söker dig som har en byggteknisk bakgrund med ett par års erfarenhet av att arbeta i ledande position där ansvar för personal och ekonomi ingått. Vidare har du goda kunskaper i svenska språket, såväl muntligt som skriftligt samt god datavana. Vem är du? Du är en person som bidrar till en trivsam arbetsmiljö för alla. Du driver resultat och uppfyller mål med gott affärssinne. Vi tror vidare att du som uppskattar möjligheten att få använda olika typer av kunskaper kommer att trivas extra bra som platschef hos oss. Du tar ansvar för tilldelade arbetsuppgifter. Arbetet kräver vidare att du är en person som drar nytta av tidigare data, analys och erfarenhetsåterföring i ditt arbete.
