Nu söker vi en engagerad Platschef till ett väletablerat byggföretag i Stockholm. Om rollen Som platschef får du ett helhetsansvar för att driva projekt från start till mål. Företaget arbetar främst med ROT-projekt och kontorsanpassningar på uppdrag av fastighetsägare. Projekten omsätter vanligtvis omkring 5 miljoner kronor och har en genomloppstid på cirka tre månader. Det innebär en varierad roll i ett högt tempo, där flera projekt kan pågå parallellt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: Planering, genomförande och produktionsstyrning av byggprojekt Ekonomisk uppföljning och budgetansvar Löpande kontakt med beställare, leverantörer och underentreprenörer Arbetsledning och daglig styrning ute på projekten Säkerställande av kvalitet, tidplan och arbetsmiljö

Företaget är BKMA-certifierat. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från byggbranschen och en stark vilja att utvecklas. Du kan idag arbeta som platschef, eller vara en erfaren arbetsledare som är redo att ta nästa steg i karriären. Tidigare erfarenhet av ROT-projekt och kontorsanpassningar är meriterande, men det viktigaste är att du har en god förståelse för byggprocessen och rätt inställning för att utvecklas i rollen. Vi tror att du är: En person som trivs med att jobba i lag och samarbetar med sina kollegor. Noggrann och strukturerad, särskilt när det gäller projektets ekonomi Ansvarstagande och tävlingsinriktad Bekväm med digitala verktyg och har god datavana Nyfiken, formbar och driven av att utvecklas i din yrkesroll
