Platschef – Stockholm Är du en erfaren platschef eller biträdande platschef som vill ta nästa steg hos ett etablerat byggföretag med korta beslutsvägar och ett sammansvetsat team? På uppdrag av en väletablerad byggentreprenör söker Resursverket en platschef till kommande projekt i Stockholmsområdet. Har du erfarenhet av stambyten är det ett extra plus. Företaget är verksamt i Storstockholm och Mälardalen och omsätter cirka 750 miljoner kronor. Här uppskattas ärlighet, transparens och ett nära samarbete mellan kollegor och ledning. Om rollen Som platschef får du en central roll i att planera, leda och följa upp produktionen. Du håller ihop projektets olika delar och arbetar för att tidplan, ekonomi, kvalitet och arbetsmiljö fungerar genom hela genomförandet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att: Leda och samordna produktionen tillsammans med yrkesarbetare och underentreprenörer. Planera och följa upp projektens tidplaner, ekonomi och kvalitet. Ansvara för arbetsmiljöarbetet inom ditt uppdrag. Ha löpande kontakt med beställare och andra aktörer i projekten. Hantera avvikelser och hitta lösningar som driver projekten framåt.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att leda byggprojekt och känner dig trygg med det ansvar som följer med rollen. För att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du ha: Minst tre års erfarenhet som platschef eller biträdande platschef inom bygg. God byggteknisk kunskap och förståelse för hela byggprocessen. BAS-U och BAS-P. Flytande svenska i tal och skrift. B-körkort.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av stambytesprojekt. Som person är du självgående och trygg i dina beslut, samtidigt som du uppskattar att samarbeta med andra. Du kommunicerar öppet, tar ansvar och är ärlig när utmaningar uppstår. Vad erbjuder företaget?
