Platschef till ByggPartners träprojekt i Forsmark Vill du leda ett långsiktigt träbyggnadsprojekt? Nu söker vi en Platschef som vill ta en nyckelroll i vårt projekt i Forsmark. Projektet är ett samverkansprojekt som pågår under tre år och omfattar byggnation med träkonstruktion. Brinner du för ledarskap och byggproduktion och har förmågan att skapa engagemang och resultat tillsammans med andra? Då kan det här vara nästa steg för dig hos ByggPartner. Din roll Du planerar, leder och följer upp produktionen med fokus på säkerhet, kvalitet, tidplan och ekonomi. Tillsammans med projektorganisation och beställare driver du projektet mot uppsatta mål. Du ansvarar bland annat för att: Säkerställa kvalitet och en trygg arbetsmiljö. Arbeta med produktionsplanering och ekonomisk uppföljning. Skapa goda relationer med beställare och samarbetspartners. Vi söker dig som Har flera års erfarenhet som Platschef eller liknande ledande roll inom byggproduktion. Är en kommunikativ, prestigelös, tydlig och närvarande ledare. Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och van att fatta beslut. Har erfarenhet av produktionsstyrning och ekonomisk uppföljning. Är affärsmässig och trivs med både människor och siffror. Innehar B-körkort. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete med träbyggnation eller träkonstruktioner. Har erfarenhet av att arbeta på skyddsobjekt. Vad får du hos oss?
