Är du flytande i polska och trivs i en roll där det händer mycket? Vi söker en transportkoordinator/trafikledare till ett större internationellt bolag i Landskrona. Tidigare erfarenhet är meriterande, men inte avgörande, viktigast är att du har rätt driv, är strukturerad och vill växa in i rollen.

Om tjänsten Det här är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid som initialt varar i 6 månader. Du blir anställd av Bravura och arbetar som konsult hos företaget. Det finns goda möjligheter till förlängning av uppdraget eller att du erbjuds en anställning på sikt.

Arbetsuppgifter I rollen ansvarar du för att planera, koordinera och följa upp transporter samt hantera avvikelser som uppstår längs vägen. Du arbetar proaktivt för att säkerställa leveransprecision och god kundupplevelse. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Planera, boka och koordinera transporter

Ha daglig kontakt med chaufförer, speditörer och kunder

Hantera och lösa avvikelser i transportkedjan

Ta fram och anpassa lösningar efter kunders behov

Säkerställa effektiva leveranser från start till mål

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper

Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både tal och skrift

Flytande kunskaper i polska är ett krav, både i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet från transport- eller logistikbranschen är meriterande

För att trivas i rollen är du en strukturerad och lösningsorienterad person som trivs i ett högt tempo. Du har en god förmåga att prioritera, hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt och skapa struktur i en händelserik vardag. Vidare är du kommunikativ och har lätt för att bygga relationer, både internt och externt. Du är serviceinriktad, prestigelös och har ett naturligt driv i att hitta lösningar och föra arbetet framåt. Du behöver inte ha lång erfarenhet från transport eller logistik – det viktigaste är att du kan polska, är strukturerad, kommunikativ och vill utvecklas i en operativ roll med mycket kontakt med chaufförer och kollegor.
