Här får du vara med och påverka och arbeta med riktiga projekt. Om Hemkodat Hemkodat arbetar för att visa att teknik är kul och spännande för alla barn och unga, särskilt bland tjejer och icke-binära. Genom aktiviteter och workshops i bland annat Roblox och Minecraft väcker vi intresset för teknik i tidig ålder. Verksamheten drivs från kontoret i Lund, samtidigt som vi har unga ledare runt om i Sverige som håller i våra aktiviteter. Som praktikant blir du en del av teamet bakom verksamheten och får handledning och stöd under hela praktikperioden. Vad innebär praktiken? Som praktikant arbetar du med kommunikation för flera olika målgrupper: barn och vårdnadshavare, unga som kan bli ledare och organisationer som samarbetar med oss. Du kan bland annat arbeta med: Sociala medier och innehåll Nyhetsbrev och webbtexter Rekryteringsmaterial Foto, film och enklare grafiskt material Intern kommunikation Kampanjer och andra kommunikationsprojekt

Du får både arbeta med tydliga uppgifter och mer öppna problem där det inte finns en färdig lösning. Hur får vi fler unga att vilja bli ledare? Hur berättar vi om vårt arbete för företag och kommuner? Hur skapar vi innehåll som barn faktiskt vill ta del av? Ofta får du vara med hela vägen från idé till färdig leverans. Vi söker dig som: Studerar marknadsföring, kommunikation eller liknande Kan tänka strategiskt och omsätta idéer i praktiken Vågar ta egna initiativ och testa nya saker Vill utvecklas i ett litet team där ditt arbete spelar roll

I början går vi igenom vad du vill utveckla, vad din utbildning kräver och vilka projekt som är aktuella under perioden. Du börjar med tydligare uppgifter och får efter hand ta större ansvar. Det kan till exempel innebära att du driver en kampanj, en innehållsserie eller utvecklar vårt rekryteringsmaterial.
