Här får du leda ett starkt team, driva utveckling och vara med och forma framtiden för en verksamhet i tillväxt. DIN VARDAG Som Processchef Komponent leder du en kompetent och sammansvetsad grupp på cirka 20 medarbetare. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och driver både operativt ledarskap och långsiktig förbättring. Du ansvarar för din avdelnings ledningsgrupp och ingår även i produktionsavdelningens ledningsgrupp, vilket ger dig både helhetsperspektiv och möjlighet att påverka verksamhetens utveckling. Arbetet innebär 2 skift . Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Leda, motivera och utveckla medarbetare genom coachning, samtal och kompetensutveckling

Rekrytering och personalplanering

Budgetansvar och uppföljning

Dokumentation av arbetssätt och rutiner

Genomföra rehabutredningar

Säkerställa att arbetet bedrivs enligt gällande krav för kvalitet, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och brandskydd

Initiera och driva förbättringsarbeten inom verksamhetsområdet

Tjänsten är placerad i Karlsborg och rapporterar till Produktionschef. VEM ÄR DU? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av ledarskap inom tillverkningsindustrin och som trivs i en roll där människor, struktur och utveckling står i centrum. Du har:

Gymnasieutbildning, gärna kompletterad med ledarskaps- eller teknisk utbildning

Erfarenhet av att leda team och driva förbättringsarbete

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Meriterande är:

Erfarenhet av LEAN eller standardiserade arbetssätt

YH- eller högskoleutbildning inom relevant område

Som ledare är du tydlig, lyhörd och närvarande. Du skapar engagemang, delaktighet och förtroende, samtidigt som du driver verksamheten framåt med struktur, kvalitet och säkerhet i fokus.
