Vill du vara med och bygga upp ett nytt arbetssätt i en verksamhet där material, processer och kvalitet står i fokus? För vår kunds räkning inom försvarsindustrin söker vi nu en senior processingenjör med kemiteknisk bakgrund som vill ta en nyckelroll i att utveckla och säkra framtidens tillverkningsprocesser. Det här är en möjlighet för dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik, produktion och strategiskt utvecklingsarbete, och som vill omsätta analys och teori till praktiska förbättringar i verksamheten. Om tjänsten Rollen är ny och under uppbyggnad, vilket innebär stora möjligheter att påverka både innehåll och arbetssätt. Fokus ligger på att skapa struktur, metodik och styrning kring material- och processfrågor nära produktionen. En viktig del av uppdraget är att täppa till befintliga gap inom process- och metodstyrning. Idag finns övergripande instruktioner och kravbilder, men flera metodbeskrivningar och arbetssätt behöver utvecklas för att ge verksamheten bättre stöd i det dagliga arbetet. Du kommer bland annat att:

Utveckla och dokumentera metodbeskrivningar för produktion och processer

Etablera styrgränser och processfönster för material och tillverkning

Analysera hur variationer i råvaror och ingående material påverkar slutresultatet

Driva utredningar kring avvikelser, kvalitetsutfall och processeffektivitet

Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och omsätta dessa till konkreta åtgärder

Bygga upp processer för förändringshantering gentemot kunder och certifierande organ

Samarbeta nära produktion, tekniker, utvecklingsavdelning och kvalitetsfunktioner

Delta i tester, verifieringar och analyser kopplade till material och processutveckling

Rollen är placerad nära verksamheten och produktionen, men innehåller även strategiska inslag där du bidrar till att forma framtida arbetssätt och processer. Din kompetens För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en person som drivs av att förstå samband och hitta lösningar. Du är analytisk och strukturerad samtidigt som du har förmågan att omsätta teori till praktiska förbättringar i verksamheten. Du trivs med att driva frågeställningar framåt, skapa tydlighet där strukturer saknas och samarbeta med flera olika funktioner för att nå resultat.

Högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning inom kemi- processteknik eller motsvarande.

Flera års erfarenhet av processutveckling, processtyrning i tillverkande industri

Erfarenhet av materialfrågor, råvaruhantering eller kemiska processer

Erfarenhet av att ta fram styrande dokument, instruktioner eller metodbeskrivningar

Förmåga att analysera data och omsätta resultat till praktiska förbättringar
