Vi söker nu en erfaren Processledare till ett kvalificerat konsultuppdrag i Göteborg med fokus på kompetensförsörjning, AI och verksamhetsutveckling inom offentlig sektor. Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av strategiskt arbete med kompetensförsörjningsfrågor, processledning och AI i kommunal eller regional kontext och som trivs i gränslandet mellan strategi, analys, utbildning, innovation och praktiskt genomförande. Om uppdraget Uppdraget är en del av ett kommungemensamt initiativ som undersöker hur AI kan användas för att möta de stora kompetensförsörjningsutmaningar som offentlig sektor står inför. Projektet omfattar både strategiska och praktiska delar. Det handlar bland annat om att stärka förutsättningar inom: Data och datakvalitet Interoperabilitet Kompetens och förmåga Juridik och säkerhet Styrning och ledning

Uppdraget omfattar även ett mer utforskande arbete där AI och nya tekniska lösningar testas och utvärderas för att bygga ny kunskap och identifiera möjligheter för kommunal verksamhet. Arbetsuppgifter Som processledare kommer du bland annat att: Stödja befintliga initiativ och självständigt ansvara för delar av projektet Planera och genomföra kompetensutvecklingsinsatser inom AI Arbeta med strategiska kompetensförsörjningsfrågor Genomföra utredningar och förstudier Ta fram rapporter, analyser och strategiskt underlag Leda och facilitera processer, workshops och utvecklingsarbete Delta i utvärdering av digitala och verksamhetsnära utvecklingsprojekt Utforska och testa nya AI-baserade arbetssätt och tekniska lösningar Bidra till metodstöd och kunskapsuppbyggnad Arbeta nära projektgrupp, kommuner och andra relevanta intressenter

Obligatoriska krav Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet av regional kompetensförsörjning inom offentlig sektor eller kommunal verksamhet Erfarenhet av arbete med kompetensförsörjningsutmaningar och strategier Erfarenhet av utredningar och förstudier med fokus på kompetenser inom viktiga näringar i offentlig sektor Erfarenhet av processledning och facilitering Erkänd ackreditering inom processledning eller facilitering Erfarenhet av utvärdering av större utvecklingsprojekt inom EU-program Erfarenhet av AI i offentlig sektors kontext Förståelse för hur AI påverkar arbetsuppgifter, kompetensbehov, möjligheter och hinder Erfarenhet av att utbilda olika kommunala målgrupper inom AI Erfarenhet av utvärdering av digitala projekt God kännedom om juridik inom AI-området Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du har: Hög egen användning av AI i det dagliga arbetet och kan ge konkreta exempel Erfarenhet av att själv testa och utforska tekniska AI-lösningar Erfarenhet från Göteborgsregionen eller Västsverige

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är: Självgående och initiativtagande Analytisk och strukturerad Pedagogisk och kommunikativ Nyfiken på ny teknik och AI Van att arbeta i komplexa samverkansmiljöer Bekväm med att växla mellan strategiskt arbete och praktiskt genomförande Lösningsorienterad och trygg i att driva processer framåt
