You will be part of the Production Technology department, collaborating with skilled and dedicated colleagues to provide daily operational technical support. Our work culture is characterized by teamwork, curiosity, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for developing and improving standardized work methods and procedures within your assigned production areas. You will design training materials, ensure that instructions are up to date, and support the production organization in daily LEAN activities. This includes coaching operators and ensuring compliance with 5S principles. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
