Vill du leda utvecklingen av ett av ICA:s viktigaste marknadsföringsområden och samtidigt vara med och forma framtidens kundkommunikation? Nu söker vi en vikarierande Produktchef med personalansvar för Riktad Marknadsföring till ICA Reklam. I rollen får du kombinera affärsansvar, produktutveckling och ledarskap i en verksamhet som varje vecka når miljontals kunder genom datadriven och relevant kommunikation. Som Produktchef leder du ett team bestående av produktutvecklare och specialister och har det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla, förvalta och vidareutveckla ICA:s erbjudande inom Riktad Marknadsföring. Riktad Marknadsföring är en central del av ICA:s kundkommunikation och omfattar bland annat CRM, Marketing Automation, kundsegmentering och personaliserad kommunikation i digitala och analoga kanaler. I rollen kommer du att arbeta nära kundteam, affärsansvariga, IT, analysfunktioner och andra produktområden för att säkerställa att våra lösningar skapar värde för både kunder och verksamhet. Dina ansvarsområden Leda och utveckla teamet genom tydliga mål, prioriteringar och coaching i vardagen. Ansvara för affär, lönsamhet, roadmap och långsiktiga utveckling. Prioritera, driva och följa upp utvecklingsinitiativ från idé till implementering. Ansvara för budget, affärsregler, KPI:er och ekonomisk uppföljning. Bygga starka samarbeten med kundteam, affärsutvecklande roller inom ICA, övriga produktområden, IT, analysfunktioner och externa partners. Ansvara för lärande och coachning för kundteam kring produkter och tjänster, CRM-strategi och affärsområdets lönsamhet.

Vi söker dig som Har relevant högskoleutbildning inom marknadsföring, ekonomi eller motsvarande. Har erfarenhet av produktledning, affärsutveckling eller tjänsteutveckling inom marknadsföring, CRM, media eller närliggande områden. Har god förståelse för Riktad Marknadsföring/CRM, digital marknadsföring, kundresor, personalisering och kundkommunikation. Har erfarenhet av att leda medarbetare eller större tvärfunktionella team. Är Affärsmässig och kundorienterad, och kan agera både strategisk, taktisk och operativ.
