OM OSS Fluid Minds är en banbrytande aktör inom dryckesindustrin. Vi äger både egna varumärken som Tapdance Cocktails, och producerar burkar åt andra duktiga aktörer så som Stockholms Bränneri, Norrbottens Destilleri, Contraband och Copenhagen Distillery. Eftersom vi kontrollerar hela produktionskedjan – från idé till färdig produkt – kan vi skapa drycker som utmanar status quo och sätter nya standarder i branschen.

ROLLEN Du kommer att ha ett praktiskt helhetsansvar i lokalen. Antingen har du redan erfarenhet av dryckesproduktion och burkmaskiner, eller så har du rätt tekniska handlag, driv och vilja att lära dig vårt sätt att arbeta från grunden.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Drift, underhåll och omställning av burkmaskin och fatfyllningsutrustning (kegning). Planering och genomförande av produktionsflödes alla steg – från blandning till paketering. Upprätthålla noggrann hygien, renlighet och livsmedelsstandard på utrustning och i lokal. Hantera in- och utleveranser samt lagerflöde.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM Har starkt tekniskt intresse och en praktisk problemlösarinställning. Har erfarenhet från bryggeri/livsmedel eller en stark vilja och förmåga att snabbt lära dig hantverket på plats. Är proaktiv, tar eget ansvar i lokalen och trivs när det händer mycket. Har B-körkort (Truckkort och kunskaper i svenska/engelska är meriterande).

VEM ÄR DU? Du är en händig och prestigelös ”doer” som trivs bäst på produktionsgolvet. Du är en naturlig problemlösare med ett gott tekniskt handlag och högt hygienfokus – någon som ser vad som behöver göras, tar stolt ägarskap för lokalen och ser till att produktionen rullar smidigt framåt.
