Vill du ta ett helhetsansvar för en produktion där samarbete, struktur och problemlösning står i centrum? Vi söker en produktionschef som vill leda, utveckla och skapa stabilitet i en komplex tillverkningsmiljö. Arbetsuppgifter Vi söker en produktionschef till ett tillverkande bolag med en produktion där flera flöden och kompetenser samverkar. Rollen är central i organisationen och innebär ett helhetsansvar för produktionen – från planering och struktur till ledarskap och uppföljning. Du leder ett team på cirka 30 medarbetare, där du samarbetar nära arbetsledare/produktionssamordnare som har ett operativt ansvar i det dagliga arbetet. Din roll blir att säkerställa struktur, skapa förutsättningar och följa upp så att produktionen fungerar effektivt även när förutsättningarna förändras. Produktionen är komplex och ställer krav på din förmåga att hantera variation, prioritera rätt och skapa samverkan mellan olika funktioner. Du har många kontaktytor internt, exempelvis mot sälj, inköp och teknik, och ansvarar för att driva arbetet framåt även när avvikelser eller störningar uppstår. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Leda och utveckla produktionen med fokus på struktur, kvalitet och leveransprecision

Coacha och stötta arbetsledare/produktionssamordnare i deras dagliga arbete

Säkerställa att rutiner följs och kontinuerligt utvecklas

Hantera avvikelser och driva förbättringsarbete

Samverka med interna funktioner som sälj, inköp och teknik

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som har:

Flerårig erfarenhet från tillverkande industri

Erfarenhet från en ledande eller ansvarstagande roll nära produktion, exempelvis som produktionschef, produktionsledare, kvalitetsansvarig eller liknande

God förståelse för produktionsflöden, planering och uppföljning

God datorvana och vana att arbeta i affärssystem

Meriterande med erfarenhet av affärssystemet Monitor

Flytande i svenska och goda kunskaper i engelska i tal och skrift

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är trygg i din erfarenhet och har en god förståelse för hur produktion fungerar i praktiken. Du är tydlig i ditt ledarskap och kan sätta riktning, samtidigt som du är flexibel i hur du når dit när förutsättningarna förändras. Du är lösningsorienterad och tar ansvar när utmaningar uppstår, samtidigt som du har förmågan att skapa struktur och följa upp att arbetssätt efterlevs. Du bygger förtroende genom att vara närvarande, visa förståelse för verksamheten och fatta välgrundade beslut.
